Krasimir handles own property with an area of ​​3.078 decares in the land of the village of Lebnitsa with the ECATTE 43181 in the Popovitsa locality, together with the 2 properties in the property. greenhouses one with an area of ​​0.5000 decares and the other with an area of ​​1.006 decares. The property has been acquired with a Notary deed for donation of real estate from 26.02.2018. No. 44 Volume I, Reg. No. 1252, Case 41 of 2018. In this year, 1.506 decares of greenhouse tomatoes are grown as the first crop in the greenhouses, and 1.506 decares of greenhouse cucumbers will be planted as a second crop. Krassimir is engaged in agriculture since 2018. The development of Krassimir's farm will aim at market orientation, enhancing the competitor's competitiveness, lowering the cost of using external services. To achieve the objectives, the following actions will be taken by the farmer: Completion of a course including basic training on environmental protection issues in the agricultural sector or participation in information activities on these issues, which will start the implementation of the business plan within nine months from the date of conclusion of the administrative contract Grant of grants;  Improving the mechanization of the farm by purchasing a truck up to 3.5 tons, necessary for the operation of the holding.  Improving the quantity and quality of the production produced;  Increase of the economic size of the holding with a minimum of EUR 2000 measured in Standard production volume. This will be achieved by cultivating greenhouses with an area of ​​2 decares at the date selected for inspection, in which two crops will be grown annually, which will also increase the SPO with a minimum of 2000 euro;
