Supporting the strengthening and development of the farm of Dimitar Dimitrov with the main activity of raising buffaloes.

Dimitar Hristov Dimitrov is 45 years old. He started to work in agriculture since 2015. In the beginning of 2016, it purchased a barn of 32 sq.m. located on the plot № XIV – 208 with an area of ​​703 sq.m. and Building plot № XIII-208 with an area of ​​579 sq.m. in the land of the village of Sborishte, ECATTE 65499, municipality. Tvarditsa region Sliven and the breeding of animals begins - buffaloes. The property has 2 farm buildings, one with an area of ​​32 square meters where the animals are raised and another of 40 square meters, which is used for storage of feed. The farm of Dimitar Hristov Dimitrov is registered as an animal breeding establishment in the Regional Inspectorate of Sliven under number 8899-0065. It cultivates 8 ECUs - buffaloes, incl. 7 buffaloes, 1 pc. toddlers over 1 year old for breeding. The animals are of the Bulgarian Murra breed. Breeding animals is a pasture-bred type. He handles the work of performing the necessary zootechnical measures for animal husbandry and farm management with the help of his family, without hiring additional staff. The animals are provided with the necessary conditions according to the requirements of Article 9 of Ordinance No 44/2006 for the veterinary medical requirements for livestock breeding establishments for the breeding of the ECU and Annex 2 thereto. The beneficiary plans to increase the number of animals through its own reproduction, its intention is to invest in the purchase of a transport truck for transporting bales and manure for the needs of the farm. Over the next five years, his projections are to expand his business by increasing the number of buffaloes by the end of the third year through his own breeding activity.
