Development of a small farm for production of fruit and greenhouses vegetables in the municipality of Lovech - "YONITA YOTOVA" Ltd.

The applicant "YONITA JOTOVA" Ltd. is a sole-traded company established and registered as a farmer under the Ordinance No. 3/1999 of 2016. The activity of the company since its creation is entirely focused in the field of fruit production (plums) and greenhouse vegetables (greenhouse cucumbers and tomatoes). "YONITA YOTOVA" Ltd. is a small family farm in the agricultural sector, as the initial owner of the capital and manager is Yonita Yotova, and since March 25, 2019 the sole owner of the capital is her husband, Peter Nikolov Yotov. Currently. In the year 2018-2019, the applicant's farm "YONITA YOTOVA" EOOD has a total of 10,336 decares of land in the lands of the villages of Lisets and Presyaka, Lovech municipality. According to this project, during the first business year of the implementation of this business plan, the applicant will continue growing the permanent crops on his farm and will again plant greenhouse cucumbers and tomatoes. In the second business year of implementation of the business plan) an investment in another 200 square meters of new greenhouse is planned, in which tomatoes will be grown. It is planned to rent another 1,500 acres of plum garden. The farm needs appropriate agricultural machinery. In order to properly and timely carry out the activities in the perennial plantations and for the vegetables, it is planned to purchase a sprayer, with the help of which the activities on plant protection on the holding. A lawn mower is planned to be maintained in the permanent crops in the grasslands. The project's planned investment in facilities and machines is estimated to be over 2000 €. It is planned for the company manager to complete a course of 150 hours as a vocational training in the field of agriculture, as well as a course of at least 18 hours on environmental issues.
