The candidate Petya Atanasova Ivanova was registered as a farmer under the ordinance of Ordinance 3 of 1999 on the establishment and maintenance of a register of farmers (promulgated SG, issue 10 of 1999). Oryahovo, for which he holds the necessary certificate from the Regional Inspectorate of Veterinary Medicine, Vratsa, according to which he meets the veterinary medical requirements, according to Article 137 of the Law on Veterinary Medicine. The bee families raised by the applicant are of the Bulgarian honey bee (APIS MELLIFERA RODOPICA) and are for honey extraction. On the farm of Mrs. Ivanova, 125 pcs are currently grown. Bee families. To date, the applicant has not and has not participated in registered commercial companies. The applicant has concluded Contract No BG-3625-2013 for the inspection of organic agricultural production in accordance with Regulation (EC) No 834/2007, incl. and the rules for implementing Regulation (EC) No 889/2008 in 2013 with Lacon Certification OOD approved by MAFG with permission No BG-BIO-05/10/01/2019To date, the applicant's family complies with Regulation (EC) No 834/2007, incl. and the rules for the implementation of Regulation (EC) No 889/2008, Regulation No 5/2018 of the MAFG and the applicable Community requirements, as well as safe working conditions.
