Growing perennial fruit trees - apples, cherries and peaches and vegetables

The applicant's farm is located on the land of Bogomilovo and Malka Vereya villages, Stara Zagora municipality, Stara Zagora district, where perennials are grown - fruit apples, cherries and peaches and vegetables - tomatoes and peppers and other fruit - figs . The total area under cultivation is 12,089 decares. The used agricultural properties are their own, and a small part of the properties is managed with a lease for a period of 7 years, notarized and registered at the Registry Agency of Stara Zagora. Cultivated crops are registered in IACS. During the current marketing year 2018/2019 on the farm are grown fruit apples on an area of ​​3,260 acres, peaches on an area of ​​5,200 acres, cherries on an area of ​​3,300 acres and vegetables - tomatoes - 0,08 acres and pepper - 0,05 acres and others fruit figs on an area of ​​0.21 acres. The plantations carry out all the necessary plant protection measures for pest control. There are no employees on the farm for the implementation of the activity at the time of application and it is not planned to hire them for the period of implementation of the business plan. The economic size of the holding at the time of application is EUR 7996,28 standard production volume (SPO).
