Development of the holding of Emine Muratzova Bodeva

Emine is engaged in growing perennial plums, which were created in 2016. The properties currently handled by Emine are two on the land of the village of Bel Kamen, Yakoruda.  property №040-015 with an area of ​​13,132 decares located in the "Karalovoto" locality on the land of the village of Bel kamen with EKATTE 03561 on the basis of a notary deed for sale-sale №105 from 29.09.2015, vol. II, reg. 2783, Case 214 entered in the Registry Office Razlog, with ent. Reg. No. 4057 of 29.09.2015, Act No. 127, Volume XI, Case 1352 of 2015. The total area of ​​13,132 decares has been built on 10,500 decares of perennial plantations - Fruit Plums (plums). The rest of the property is grown and overgrown with tree species that do not allow it to be processed at this stage. The objective of applying for sub-measure 6.3 "Starting aid for the development of small farms" of measure 6 "Development of farms and enterprises" of the Rural Development Program 2014-2020 to the applicant is economic development and strengthening of the farm as sustainable and viable unit, improving environmental protection and combating climate change. The development of Emine's farm will aim at market orientation, enhancing the applicant's competitiveness, lowering the cost of using external services. To achieve the objectives, the following actions will be taken by the farmer:  Completion of a course including basic training on environmental protection in the agricultural sector of minimum 18 hours.  Improving the mechanization of the farm by purchasing a truck up to 3.5 tons, necessary for the operation of the holding.  Increase of the economic size of the holding with a minimum of EUR 2000 measured in Standard production volume. This will be achieved by growing potatoes with 6 acres.  Completed 150 hours in the field of agriculture.
