Development of a small holding of Mitko Hristov Ivanov by increasing the number of breeding bee families

An increase in the economic size of the holding is foreseen with a minimum of 2000 euro SPO by increasing the number of bee families from 125 to 170. For this purpose the applicant will reproduce the necessary number of new bee families through their own breeding activity. In order to improve the quality of the produced production and to meet the requirements for food quality, and to modernise the whole business, equipment for the realization of the activity will be purchased-electric centrifuge, wax, bath and dryer . The farm will only develop in the beekeeping sector. Achieving compliance with existing and newly introduced EU standards-on environmental protection, hygiene, security and safety at work
