Start-up aid for the development of a small crop farm

Danyo Panayotov's project proposal is in the field of crop production. He is an agricultural grower who has been growing fruit and vegetables since 2005 and has implemented a project under measure 141 "Supporting semi-subsistence farms in the process of restructuring" under the RDP 2007-2013. In the current marketing year, he is cultivating 1,500 acres of cherries; 8,122 acres of plums and 0,600 acres of vegetables in the yard (potatoes, greenhouses, outdoor tomatoes, peppers and other vegetables). The plot of cherries and plums is rented with a long-term contract. The vegetables are grown in their own yard. The managed areas are located in the village of Drazhevo, municipality. Tundzha region Yambol. Permanent crops and vegetables are grown in a conventional manner. The owner's intentions are to continue to grow in the Fruits and Vegetables sector. It will invest funds for training in agriculture and on major environmental issues in agriculture. Will buy the equipment needed for the farm.
