Growing perennials

The farm is entirely plant-growing. During the current business year 2018/2019. 6 / six / agricultural properties with a total area of ​​10,905 decares are used. All properties are for rent. The plum variety used in the plantations is the Stanley variety. The farm is located on the land of Borima village, municipality. Trojan. The property used does not fall within the scope of Natura 2000 and Protected Areas. The farm is not part of a nitrate-vulnerable zone. The property does not fall within the sanitary protection zone. The farm is part of the territorial scope of the less favored mountain regions in Bulgaria. The terrains are sloped and the area of ​​the holding is characterized by high rainfall. Due to the high annual amount of rainfall in the area of ​​the farm, it is a separate water source consisting of rainwater collection facilities located near the plantations. There is no natural water source in the immediate vicinity of the farm. The necessary plant protection measures are carried out.The compulsory logs for the holding are kept. The main objective of the farm is to modernize the material and technical base and to build a sustainable farm by increasing the area and respectively the yields. The areas in the row spacing are mowed and the soil surface is maintained by grass. There are no production buildings available on the farm, including for storage of plant protection products and mineral fertilizers. They are used immediately after purchase and are not stored. The farm complies with the phytosanitary requirements. So far, no prescriptions and recommendations have been issued by various services and control bodies, incl. BFSA, on the implementation of current Community standards.
