In order to improve the mechanization of the farm, the farmer will invest the means to purchase the necessary machinery and equipment. The properties that are being cultivated do not fall within the boundaries of protected areas within the meaning of the Protected Areas Act and within the boundaries of protected areas within the meaning of the Biodiversity Act.
