Small holding for growing plum plantation

EVERGREEN AGRO " LTD was established in 2017 with main activity agricultural production. In 2017 and 2018 the company managed 600 sq. m. Yard in locality "Dobreva Cheshma"-Varna city, producing mainly table grapes and sweet corn. There is registration as a farmer under Ordinance 3/1999 year of the 27.09.2017 year. From the holder's report on the activity of the Farmer for the economic year 2017/2018, it is shown that in the rented 0.6 hectares were cultivated 0.2 acres of other vegetables (sweetcorn) and 0.25 acres of dessert vineyards. The remaining 0.15 acres are building and adjoining areas. In 2019 the "EVERGREEN AGRO " EOOD rents two agricultural properties in the land of Ovcharovo village, municipality and Targovishte region with created 7.399 acres of plums-in properties with cadastral numbers 53223.14.79 and 53223.13.34. Property 53223.13.34-5.099 acres is the whole plum plantation. In the property 53223.14.79 (the entire 7.2 acres), the plum Plantation is 2.3 acres and the rest-4.9 acres to the date of application is undeveloped area-occupied with tall grasses and shrubs.It is foreseen in the period of implementation of the business plan-until the date of the inspection, the terrain to be cleaned and on it to create additional 3.5 acres of plum plantation-to increase the SPO of the farm with a minimum of 2000 euros. Due to the fact that in places the terrain has a fairly large slope and the planting and cultivation of plums will be impeded, about 1.4 acres of the property will remain untapped. There are no personnel employed at the date of application in the company. With the purpose of mechanization of the holding and reduction of manual labor, with the current project the manager of the company provides for the purchase of a small fruit tractor. The income of the company for the year 2018 is entirely from agricultural activity-from the sale of Table grapes and sweet corn.
