The estate of Simona Simova is a plant growing on the territory of the village of Anton, municipality Anton region Sofia. At present, the applicant grows 9,000 decares of plums. The plantations are located on two properties for which the applicant has a tenancy agreement with a term of 10 business years. The total initial economic size of the holding amounts to EUR 6520.51. Plum plantations are grown by conventional method. During the period of implementation of the business plan, the applicant will plant new 4,000 acres of permanent plum crops and purchase agricultural machinery. The planned increase of the holding will be entirely with the cultivation of priority crops.
