Stefko Haralambiev's main agricultural activity is entirely in the livestock sector and is in the beekeeping sector. His farm is located on the territory of Nikolovo village, Ruse district. Owns an animal breeding establishment, in which 110 are kept. Bee families. The farmer intends to increase the number of farmed bee families by increasing the number available by 15 in the first marketing year, by another 20 in the second year and will reach a total of 145 bee families in the second marketing year, when he plans to apply for a second payment. The increase in numbers will be mainly through own breeding activity and, if necessary, through purchase. An increase in the economic size of the farm will be achieved by a minimum of 2000 Euros, measured in standard production volume. In order to improve the quality of production and to comply with the requirements for food quality, and to modernize the overall activity, beekeeping equipment, namely, an electric centrifuge and an invertory syrup machine, will be purchased. Will continue to raise bee families, applying the principles of organic farming.
