Project for the development of a small tomato growing plant - greenhouse and open-air production and melons

Trifon Akuzov carries out agricultural activity on the territory of the town of Lyubimets and Belitsa, municipality. Lyubimets, Haskovo region. The lands are not included in the list of designated mountain areas as disadvantaged. During the current business year, 3,500 acres of garden tomatoes and 1,024 acres of greenhouse tomatoes are grown on the farm, and 10,962 acres of land is set aside. The farm is located on nine properties. Two of the properties are owned and the rest are managed on the basis of rental contracts. The greenhouses are two is and are located on their own property and a rental property which are regulated land. Tomatoes are grown using conventional technology at the time of application under sub-measure 6.3. During the implementation of the project, the farmer will receive training on the main issues of environmental protection in agriculture.
