These areas are home to 4,760 decares of open-grown pepper and 7 acres of melons. The property used on a legal basis is № 048008 with a total area of ​​11,200 decares and a tenancy contract for ten years from 01.10.2015. to 10/01/2025The fourth property is the regulated plot V-373, square 28 in the regulation of the village of Dolni Lukovit. Its area is 1,320 acres, processing 1,104 acres, planted with 0,180 acres of lettuce, 0,900 acres of tomatoes open production and 0,024 acres of pepper open production. The property is for rent for one business year 2018-2019, concluded on 08.11.2018 to 31.09.2019. The fifth property is the land plot X-296, square 16 with an area of ​​1,800 decares, on which tomatoes are grown in open production. The property is for rent for 1 business year, starting from 01. 10.2018g-31.09.2019g. The applicant owns the following agricultural technician - tractor and accumulator back sprayer.It will increase the economic size of its holding by at least EUR 2,000 measured in Standard Production Volume by planting 0,600 acres of greenhouse tomatoes in place of 0,600 acres of open production tomatoes. A lumbering and mulching machine worth 3500 BGN and a 700 milling cutter will be purchased.
