Supporting the strengthening and development of the farm of Georgi Pandeliev with main activity growing fruit trees.

The candidate Georgi Vangelov Pandeliev is 64 years old and has experience in agriculture. He is married, but his wife is not registered under Ordinance 3 of January 29, 1999 as a PA. The farm is plant breeding - during the 2018/2019 farming year it cultivates peony orchards of 11,000 acres, located on two adjacent PIs in the territory of the village of Zlati voyvoda. There are two varieties available - "Catherine" and "Red Haven". The planting scheme is 5.00 X 4.00 m, in which there are 50 trees per hectare. The fruit plantation of peaches is watered - there is a system for drip irrigation, the water used is from the sewage system of Irrigation systems. Crops are grown using conventional farming methods. The property does not fall within the scope of a protected area for the conservation of natural habitats and of wild flora and fauna and a protected area for the protection of birds under Natura 2000. The project envisages increasing the size of the farm and making it a major source of income for the applicant's family. By increasing the area of ​​the cultivated orchards by hiring a new 6,600 acres of peach orchards, an increase in the amount measured in the farm SPO at the end of the second year of the business plan will be achieved. It is envisaged that the requirements of environmental protection, hygiene, safety and safety at work will be fulfilled by the end of the specified deadline for verification of the implementation of the business plan, by purchasing work clothes and individual means of protection at work on the farm, keeping a book on instructions for hiring workers while harvesting and complying with the requirements of the law and regulations on fire safety.
