Growing vegetables and perennials

The applicant's farm is located in Toros village, municipality. Lukovit region Lovech. It grows vegetables in greenhouses and open production and perennials with strawberries. The total area under cultivation is 5,177 decares, of which 1,232 decares are greenhouses. They are polyethylene, non-heated and seven in total. Five of them were built in property № 43058.700.859 and two - in property № 43058.700.764. The activity of the farm is developing in a total of five properties, four of which are in the urbanized area and one is a land property outside the regulation of the settlement. The cultivated lands are for rent with four contracts, which are for ten years, notarized, registered at the Registry Agency in the District Court, Lukovit and registered in the GCC, Lukovit. The applicant also has one of his own yard, which proves with a notary deed of ownership of real estate. Cultivated crops are irrigated by drip systems. During the current marketing year 2018/2019, the following types of crops are grown on the farm: tomatoes - greenhouses - 0,920 decares; greenhouse cucumbers - 0.04 acres; pepper-greenhouse - 0,272 decares; other cabbage vegetables - 0,700 decares; berries - 2,295 decare and fallow - 0,950 decare. There are no employees on the farm to carry out the activity and it is not planned to hire them for the future. The growth of the farm, by the selected period for verifying the implementation of the business plan, will be accomplished by the construction of two greenhouses with a total area of ​​0.420 decares, in which 0.210 decares of tomatoes will be grown and 0.210 decares of greenhouse.
