The breeding establishment is entered in the register of the breeding establishments of the Regional Veterinary Hospital - Lovech with veterinary registration number 5628 - 0104 with a certificate on the grounds of art. 137, para 6 of the Law on Veterinary Activity. The properties occupied by permanent crops are located on the territory of both lands. The lands of the village of Dobrodan and the village of Belish fall within the range of the mountain disadvantaged areas in Bulgaria. The properties do not fall within the scope of Natura 2000 and protected areas. One part of the plantations is newly planted, with an average number of trees per hectare of 40, and another part is older and more fruitful, and in a scheme that provides them with an average number of about 35-37. trees in acres. The crops are not irrigated. There is no natural water source near the farm and, if necessary, the areas are gravitationally irrigated with tanks located near the area. The properties are processed within real limits, they are registered in IACS. The farm produces bee honey in the conventional way. The average annual yield of honey is about 15-20 kg / hive. Mobile beekeeping is not practiced. The apiary is provided with drinkers. A building within the apiary is adapted as a beekeeping house.
