Gergana Velikova is a natural person, registered in the Agricultural Directorate of Rousse under Ordinance No. 3 for the establishment and maintenance of a register of farmers. Its holding is located on the territory of Cherven village, Ivanovo municipality, Ruse district. There are currently 125 bee families. The economic size of the farm is EUR 7988,94. The farmer will achieve and maintain the viability of his farm with the main activity of beekeeping for honey production. Intends to increase the bee families raised by increasing the available number by 35 during the second economic year. Thus, by the year of submission of the application for the second payment / second business year, with the selected inspection period / 01.09.2021 /, it will reach a total number of 160 bee families . An increase in the economic size of the holding will be achieved by a minimum of EUR 2,000. In order to improve the quality of production and to comply with the requirements for food quality, and to modernize the overall activity, a van will be purchased in which premises for storage of equipment and copper production will be set up. He will continue to raise his bee families, following the principles of organic production. It will receive at least 18 hours of training on major environmental issues in agriculture.
