Sustainable development of a small farm located in the region of Plovdiv

Farm will develop in the field of crop production. During second business year, arable land will be increased by 4,000 decares, on which farmer will grow cabbage. Implementation of the business plan will start with the purchase of a mulching machine and receipt of TP 2 consultancy package from NAAS. The applicant plans to replant half of the strawberry area in the first business year. The other half will be replanted in the second business year. This cycle will continue throughout the implementation of the business plan. All necessary agrotechnical crop cultivation activities will continue to be carried out on time. All the requirements issued form national and European legislation will be respected. Opportunities will be sought to conclude lucrative wholesale purchase contracts at higher prices. Farmer will declare annually the areas under cultivation for support under the direct payment and other support schemes applicable to his holding for which he is eligible.
