Gorizia is currently growing perennials - peaches, plums and greenhouses, as well as laying hens. The properties currently cultivated by Gorizia are four in the territory of Gradevo village, municipality. Simitli, with three of them growing perennials - peaches, plums, and one property growing greenhouse tomatoes. On an area of ​​2,656 acres located in the area "Vodenitsa" in the territory of the village of Gradevo grows perennial plantations - stone fruit species (peaches). On an area of ​​3,228 acres grows perennials - stone fruit (plums). The property has 4 pcs. greenhouses with a total area of ​​greenhouses 0.474 acres. at the time of submission of this project proposal, greenhouse tomatoes are still grown. The farm also grows 49 pcs. laying hens are a hired breeder. The site is entered in the register of the Regional Directorate of Blagoevgrad and in the IIS of the BFSA Vet IS with registered № 2755-0037 and new registration №1740510028. For the registration of the site there is a certificate for the registration of a livestock establishment under art. 137 with No. 2045 / September 20, 2019. The objective of applying under sub-measure 6.3 "Starting aid for the development of small holdings" of measure 6 "Development of farms and enterprises" of the Rural Development Program 2014-2020 to the applicant is economic development and strengthening of the agricultural holding as a sustainable and viable unit. Improving environmental protection and combating climate change. The development of Gorizia's farm will aim at market orientation, increasing the applicant's competitiveness, reducing the costs of using external services.
