Economic development and strengthening of a sheep farm

Ahmed Mehmedov Dzhudzhev is a natural person, he is registered as an agricultural farmer in the Agricultural Directorate of Rousse under Ordinance No. 3 for establishing and maintaining a register of farmers. The applicant for assistance under measure 6.3 develops agricultural activity on the territory of Trastenik village, Ivanovo municipality, Ruse district. Currently, according to a current questionnaire and data from the BFSA information system, it breeds 108 sheep-milk and 33 sheep-other and cultivates 171, 409 decares of land. In order to adapt the farm and achieve sustainability, certain business activities and actions are envisaged in the farm development business plan. In the course of the implementation of the planned program and at the time of the inspection, the agricultural holding will have an increase of the economic amount of EUR 2,000. The growth of the farm will be achieved by increasing the number of farmed animals, which will be mainly through own breeding activity and, if necessary, through purchase. The leased natural meadows and pastures will continue to be maintained and maintained, and agricultural land cultivated with silage maize will be cultivated. In order to save money and reduce the dependency of the activity related to the use of external mechanized services for carrying out agrotechnical activities, a tractor will be purchased. A milking machine will be purchased to facilitate manual labor in milking the animals. The farmer will maintain his holding in accordance with the applicable standards of the European Union relating to the supported activities. Implementation of the business plan will commence within nine months after the signature of the sub-approval agreement 6.3.
