The project proposal includes growing vegetables, namely greenhouse tomatoes - 1,550 decares and green beans - 0,794 decares and acreage - 22,232 decares during the business year 2018/2019. From the first forecast 2019/2020 business year to the fifth 2023/20224 forecast business year it is planned to grow tomatoes-open production-0,660 decares, tomatoes-greenhouses - 1,550 decares and pepper-open production-0,651 decares. The creation of perennial cherry plantations with an area of ​​2,715 decares at an estimated value of BGN 923.10 is also envisaged in 2020, and the same year the farmer envisages the completion of training on major environmental issues in the agricultural sector through completion for a course of at least 18 hours.
