The current project proposal is for raising laying hens. The farmer started his project with 200 pcs. hens. The livestock site is located on the land of the village of Musachevo, municipality. Elin Pelin, obl. Sofia. During the period of implementation of the business plan, the applicant plans to increase the number of reared laying hens to 540. In order to comply with the applicable Community Standards for on-farm biosecurity, the farmer will undergo a training course of at least 8 hours on topics related to biosecurity measures, as well as invest in the purchase of a motor sprayer to carry out of disinfection on the holding.There will also be a 30-hour course in agriculture, as well as a course of at least 8 hours on the main issues of environmental protection in agriculture.
