Stana Assenova Sotirova is an agricultural producer registered under Ordinance № 3/1999 for the establishment and maintenance of the register of agricultural producers. This year it raises ewes - 53. sheep other 1 pc. and 6 mother goats. It operates on the land of the village of Mitino, Petrich Municipality, Blagoevgrad District, where there is a registered livestock farm. During the current marketing year, the applicant's farm is developing well. In connection with the outbreaks of highly contagious diseases in small ruminants established in the country in recent years, in order to increase biosecurity and overcome possible future adverse economic consequences Stana applied for open targeted admission with a project proposal under sub-measure 6.3 small farms ”of the Rural Development Program for the period 2014 - 2020. In this way it will be able to ensure economic development and strengthening of its economy, such as Vichy biosecurity on their farms. The planned activities and investments lead to an increase in the biosecurity in the farm, according to Ordinance №44 of April 20, 2006. for the veterinary medical requirements to the livestock farms. Increasing biosecurity will be achieved by complying with all requirements of existing legislation and increasing the number of animals kept. The planned development of the farm is oriented only in the field of sheep breeding, which will be the main source of income. The increase in the number of animals will be realized through own reproduction. The animals are kept according to the requirements of the existing legislation.
