The project "Construction and rehabilitation of a street network on the territory of the town of Beloslav - Mladost" in Beloslav Municipality aims to provide a project solution for restoration and improvement of the transport performance and load-bearing capacity of the existing streets in order to provide conditions for better transport and communication services of the population, and good drainage of the streets in the town of Beloslav (Municipality of Beloslav, District of Varna). Making project of new streets are within the adopted regulation of the town of Beloslav neighborhood "Mladost". The district (neighbourhood) "Mladost" is located on the southern shore of the waterway № 2, connecting Beloslav with the lake of Varna and is in close proximity to the ferryboat - the only connection between the two shores. The district borders with the III-rd class road - 9004 "Beloslav - Padina", where the biggest road transport passes to the industrial zone of Devnya, the ferryboat complex "Varna - Ilichovsk" and other large enterprises. A good start to the selection of this project as part of the overall activity of Beloslav Municipality, is to mobilize resources and resources with targeted and effective use to attract new investments in the municipal economy, and foreign, to integrate the opportunities and efforts at all levels and units to stabilize and further strengthen it, improving living conditions in rural areas.
