Reconstruction of "Stefan Karadja" Str. And "Zahari Zograf" Str., located in the town of Troyan, together with the facilities and their accessories

The main objective of the present project is to improve transport accessibility, mobility, safety and living and traveling conditions by reconstruction of Zahari Zograf Street and Stefan Karadza Street, located in the town of Troyan, together with their facilities and accessories. The project envisages the reconstruction of 3,708.16 square meters from Zahari Zograf street and 2,119 square meters from the sidewalks to it and the reconstruction of 5,870 square meters from Stefan Karadza Street and 3,660 square meters of sidewalks to it. The streets are in poor condition with multiple mesh cracks and deformations on the road surface, curves on the levels and sidewalks. Inside the corridors have been bogged down over the years due to heavy vehicle loads - the regulator has lost, which has led to surface water being cut off in some sections of the pavement. Measures need to be taken to improve their condition by means of reconstruction of the road and sidewalks. The project will provide direct transport links for the city of Troyan and the municipality with a higher-class road, as there is direct transport connection via "Stefan Karadzha" Str. to the II-35 Republic Road. The investment under the project will be implemented on the territory of a settlement (town of Troyan) with a total population of 19 785 people at 2016, Lovech region, Northwestern Bulgaria. The main activities of the project are related to the execution of construction and assembly works for the two sites, as well as activities related to project management, author and construction supervision. Preliminary activities were also carried out on the development of the project and the preparation of investment projects. The expected results are creation and renovation of small-scale street infrastructure, which in turn will lead to creation of an optimal living environment for the rural area - Troyan municipality, environmental protection, creation of accessibility and development of the economy.
