"Reconstruction of streets in Dve Mogili Municipality"

The main objective of the project proposal is the realization of investments in the field of transport infrastructure on the territory of the Municipality of Dve Mogili. The transport network of settlements is relatively well developed but not well maintained. The streets are depreciated and need reconstruction. This project proposal meets the needs of the population, both in terms of the quality of the street network and in terms of improving living conditions in the area, namely accessibility to public services, economic and investment environment, tourist environment, mobility and other.    The project includes interventions on a part of the street network in settlements in the Municipality of Dve Mogili, municipal property. The streets serve, in compliance with the principles of non-discrimination and accessible environment for people with disabilities, the total population of Ostritsa(246inh.), Chilnov(402inh.), Katselovo(646inh.) and the town of Dve mogili(3927inh.), for connection to each of the settlements with a high-class road, respectively Yuri Gagarin str. in Dve Mogili-with road III-5001/Orlova Chuka, and Shumen Str.-with the municipal road RSE 2004; Pliska str. in Chilnov - with municipal road RSE 3085, Vasil Levski Str. In Kacelovo with Republican Road III - 202; Vassil Kolarv str. in Ostritsa-with Republican Road III-5001. The project target population is the population of the settlements or a total of 5221inh. of the municipality as well as the whole population of the Municipality of Dve Mogili (8494inh.), given that the streets serve the municipal center and are used by the whole population.    The project includes activities related to the preparation of an investment project in the "Technical" phase, implementation of author and construction supervision, consultancy services before the submission of the project proposal and management and reporting of the project and implementation of the construction and assembly works.
