"Reconstruction and rehabilitation of street on the territory of Zlatica Municipality"

The main objective of the project proposal is the realization of investments in the field of transport infrastructure on the territory of the municipality of Zlatitsa. The rural network of settlements is relatively well developed but not well maintained. The streets are depreciated and need rehabilitation / reconstruction. This project proposal meets the needs and needs of the population in the municipality, both in terms of the quality of the street network and in terms of improving living conditions in the area, namely accessibility to public services, economic and investment environment, tourist environment, mobility and other. The project includes interventions on a part of the street network in Zlatitsa, municipal property. The streets serve, in compliance with the principles of non-discrimination and accessible environment for people with disabilities, all inhabitants of the town of Zlatitsa (4687inh.), namely Vladislav Varnenchik str., has a direct transport connection with the Republic Road I-6 (Geo Milev str.) at the road junction (crossroad), according to Art. 51-54 of the Rules on the enforcement of the law on roads and with the II-37 FP at a junction (intersection), according to Art. 51-54 of RELR and Sofiysko Shose Street with Republic Road I-6 (Geo Milev str.) At road junction (crossroad), according to Art. 51-54 of the RELR. The target group of the project is the population of the town or 4687 inhabitants of the municipality as well as the whole population of Zlatitsa municipality (5370inh.), given that the streets serve the municipal center - Zlatitsa and are used by the whole population of the municipality. The project includes activities related to the preparation of an investment project in the "Technical" phase, implementation of author and construction supervision, consultancy services before the submission of the project proposal and management and reporting of the project and implementation of the construction and assembly works.
