"Reconstruction of a street network in settlements on the territory of Samuil municipality"

The project proposal envisages the reconstruction and rehabilitation of 10 streets and sidewalks to two of them in 4 settlements in Samuil municipality,namely:Cherni Vrah(including sidewalks),Kavala Str.,Aheloy Str.,(including sidewalks),Tsarevets Str. and Kom Str. in Samuil village,Ogosta Str. in the village of Bogdantsi,Yantra Str. and Han Asparuh Str. in the village of Nozarovo;Kaleto str. and Progres str. in Vladimirovtsi.The total length of the reconstructed streets under the project is 3117,45m and the sidewalks 865m2.Every EU citizen must have the opportunity to live and to move safely and safe in the area where it lives,whether it be a city or a village.The movement on foot or by vehicle should be done with minimal risk to the people.Through the implementation of the project will be achieved the improvement of the transport and exploitation characteristics of the reconstructed and rehabilitated streets,in the passage of vehicles on them,which in turn leads to deterioration of the health of the residents in villages Samuil,Bogdantsi,Nozharovo and Vladimirovtsi.The danger of road transport will be reduced accidents resulting from poor condition of the pavements,causing technical damage to cars and loss of control over their management.Improved street infrastructure will provide convenience,comfort and speed in the movement of residents.Improving access is a key condition for economic growth and diversification in rural areas,incl. development of their tourism potential.The implementation of the planned investments will boost the local economies and will keep the young and enterprising people in the municipality.The target groups targeted by the project are people from diverse social,age,ethnic groups,including persons with reduced mobility, or a population of 3,466 people living in the villages of Samuil,Vladimirovtsi,Nozarovo and Bogdantsi,which represents 53.54% of the population of the municipality and will benefit from the results of this project.
