Reconstruction and rehabilitation of streets from the street network of the village of Valnari, Harsovo village, Pet mogili village, Nikola Kozlevo village, in Nikola Kozlevo municipality, Shumen district. Both the reconstruction of the roadway and the compromised sidewalks and curbs are foreseen. Author's supervision, construction supervision as well as management and monitoring will be provided.
