Construction, reconstruction and/or rehabilitation of new and existing streets, pavements, and facilities and their aceessories

The town of Sopot is a centuries-old historical spot. Its proximity to Stara planina turns it into an attractive tourist destination with excellent conditions for practicing extreme and other sports, as well as mountain and resort tourism. The implementation of investment projects shall make the town an interesting and pleasant place to visit and live in. The project is for complete rehabilitation of part of the streets in the "Saraya" District in the town of Sopot, incl.: "Yordan Nenov" Str., "Kiril and Metodii" Str., "Kraina" Str. and "Dobrila" Str. These streets provide direct connection with "Ivan Vazov" Str. which is a higher class republican road. Main rehabilitation activities cover the pave of the streets, as well as the sidewalks and borders. The expected results of the implementation of the project are: - Improving the living conditions by facilitating the movement of people, vehicles and by alleviating the business activities and services - Sustainable development of the town - Promoting the development of tourism - Equality by creating an accessible architectural environment - Development of economy and education - Connection with the republic network.
