Reconstruction of a street network, pavements, facilities and accessories on them at „Simov Dol“ Str. and "Kiril i Metodiy" Str. in Lukovit, Lukovit Municipality

The investment project includes two sub-projects: "Simov Dol" Str. and "Kiril and Metodiy" Str. For "Simov Dol" Str, the design solution envisages a complete reconstruction of the street: new construction of the flooring, new flooring, sidewalks and curbs. At all intersections, a reduction in curbs in the streets is envisaged in accordance with Ordinance No 6 of 26 November 2003 on building an accessible environment in urban areas and shaping the sidewalks with tactile stripes in accordance with. Radius of the curvature curves is formed with maximum preservation of the existing ones. . The geometric solution of the street is positioned so that the drainage pits are kept as close as possible. Full revision and repairs are planned. For "Kiril and Metodiy" Str., reconstruction of the street (two asphalt concrete layers) is envisaged, a complete replacement of the existing sidewalks up to 2.5 m wide and a restriction to the green strips. For this purpose, a complete dismantling of the existing curbs and pavements, new curbs and pavements from concrete blocks, rehabilitation of the whole street through asphalt concrete layers will be carried out. At all intersections there will be a decrease in curbs in the streets according to Ordinance No 6 of 26 November 2003. to build an accessible environment in the urbanized territories and to shape the sidewalks with tactile stripes, radii of curvature curves will be formed with maximum preservation of the existing ones. A complete revision of the existing rainfall system and repair of damaged shutters after the required leveling - lifting or lowering to the design level will be carried out. In all the streets that are being discharged, a repair of the flooring is planned in the street at least 5 meters long and where necessary more.
