"Reconstruction and / or rehabilitation of existing sidewalks, facilities and accessories to them in Saedinenie, Saedinenie municipality"

The present project has been developed and will be implemented in the context of a necessary stage of the rehabilitation of the road infrastructure in Saedinenie. The project proposal provides for the reconstruction and / or rehabilitation of the existing sidewalks, the facilities and their accessories in the city. The condition of the existing sidewalks is poor, in places including missing, but of vital need in view of the safety of the pedestrian movement and the building of an accessible environment for people with disabilities. Intervention sites cover five main streets in a central city area and periphery, which provide access to educational and health facilities in the city of Saedinenie and municipal municipal offices in the city center. Within the project, sidewalks and curbs will be reconstructed and rehabilitated and will cover: Bulgaria Blvd., 6th September Blvd., "Luben Karavelov" Str., Khan Krum Str., "Kapitan Petko Voyvoda Str. "And" Vasil Levski "Str. The project proposal provides for repairs to all the streets listed above with activities eligible by the funding body and includes: 1. breaking existing pavements and curbs and replacing them with new ones; 2. replacement of all concrete curbs with new ones; 3. Replacement or new concrete curbs along the green strips and along the building; 4. reduced curbs and pavements in front of the entrances; 5. Downsizing of curbs in the streets and footpaths with tactile plates; 6. fencing with concrete curbs of trees (where necessary);7. shaping all green strips with concrete curbs; 8. Level uplift of existing shafts in the sidewalks. The total area of ​​the reconstructed sidewalks is 13 379,27 m2 or 2716 m. The added value of the project can be found in the fact that the planned activities are expected to reduce maintenance costs and to encourage people to live in small settlements, providing a better and more sustainable living environment.
