The modernization of transport infrastructure is a key element in increasing the mobility and accessibility of people and goods in support of economic development. Reconstruction and rehabilitation of "Vazrojdenska" Str. And sidewalks to existing streets in Elena is a prerequisite for its economic and social development. The present project proposal includes reconstruction and rehabilitation of "Vazrojdenska" Str. And sidewalks to existing streets in the municipal center - Helen. The main activity of reconstruction and rehabilitation of "Vazrojdenska" Str. And sidewalks to existing streets in the municipality will be accompanied by construction and author supervision activities and project management consultancy services. The key activities in the project, which will contribute to the highest extent for the realization of the main goal, are the construction and assembly works on reconstruction and rehabilitation of "Vazrojdenska" Str. And sidewalks to existing streets in Elena. The main target groups within the project are all residents and guests of Elena municipality who will benefit from the renewed transport infrastructure. The main results of the project will be expressed in the reconstruction and rehabilitation of "Vazrojdenska" Street and sidewalks to existing streets in Elena which will lead to an improved living environment as a key condition for economic development, poverty reduction, population retention and the diversification of the rural area. The improvement of the public infrastructure will lead to improvement of the services of the population on the territory of the Municipality of Elena and provision of access to them. The implementation of the project will respect the principles of horizontal policies and ensure maximum involvement of all stakeholders. Sustainable socio-economic development of rural areas is inextricably linked to existing infrastructure and quality of services provided to rural populations.
