"Reconstruction and rehabilitation of a part of a street network in the villages of Breznitsa and Mosomishte from the municipality of Gotse Delchev"

The main target group of the project is the population of the Breznitsa and Mosomishte and the working people living in the villages. The largest number of the population of the municipality live in the administrative center-G. Delchev-18,552 people or over 61.4% of the population, followed by Breznitsa-3 303 people,11% of the population and the Mosomishte-2 004 people, 6.6% of the population of the municipality The needs of the target groups are: • Improvement of poor infrastructure • Reduced travel and transport times due to poor road quality • Greater traffic safety and convenience for people (currently the sidewalks are in poor condition) and improving the access of disadvantaged people to different sites • Increasing the attractiveness of the area and creating a normal environment for tourists • Improving the living environment and keeping young people first in the two villages and from here and in the municipality The implementation of the project aims at: - Exploiting the street network and ensuring equal access for all groups of society to the improved technical infrastructure - Reconstruction and rehabilitation of streets providing direct transport connectivity - Improving the overall physical appearance of the villages and increasing their potential for development of tourism and agriculture and attracting investments -To improve the technical infrastructure and increase the attractiveness of the two villages for living and a good environment for the development of the medium business and hence for the retention of young people With the project being rehabilitated, the roadway will improve the transport and operation of the pavement, the drainage facilities will be built, the people will be able to pass on the sidewalks, the marking will be restored in order to ensure the conditions for traffic safety. The overall condition of the street pavement is poor, the condition of the sidewalks and road signs is not good, the mark is worn out.
