“Reconstruction of streets and sidewalks and facilities and their accessories in the town of Godech: “Republika” Str. from point 258 to 301 point; "Nishava" Str. from 161 point to 149 point; “Georgi Sava Rakovski” Str. from 523 point to 268 point; and “Georgi Sava Rakovski” Str. From 264 point to 263 point."

Godech Municipality includes one city and 19 villages within the municipality. The population as of 26.08.2011 is 5431 people. The population as of 16.06.2018 is 4909 people. Therefore the population has declined with over 500 people for 7 years. This trend is extremely worrying and urgent action is needed to improve citizens' quality of life, stop migration processes and attract new settlers. The main reason for the migration of the population is the poor state of the infrastructure, including the street network. The main objective of the municipal management of Godech Municipality is to improve the state of the infrastructure in the municipality and especially in the town of Godech. At present, road II-81 from the national road network connecting Godech and Sofia, is being repaired; a major overhaul was done of road III-813, from the republic road network, which connects the town of Godech with road II-81; a large part of the plumbing and sewerage network in the town of Godech has been mainly repaired. It is also necessary to reconstruct the pavements of the streets in Godech. As a starting point,we want to reconstruct the pavements on the streets, connecting Godech with the republic road network on the III-813 road. The municipal budget has no funds to finance such an investment. With this project we plan to undertake a major reconstruction of the pavements on the streets. "Republic" str. from 258 m to 301-740.8 m; "Nishava" str. from 161 m to 149-405.3 m; Georgi S. Rakovski " str. from 523 m to 268-381.4 m;Georgi S. Rakovski "str. from 264 m to 263- 89.5 m. These are part of the main streets of Godech. The streets included in this project are with majorly overhauled sewerage and plumbing networks from 2016 and 2017. This ensures durability of the result, there will be less emergency repairs to the sewage and plumbing networks ,because of the major overhaul of the said networks. This results as that no partial destruction of the pavement will be required.
