Improving the energy efficiency of a student hostel and reconstructing the existing sports facilities and building new ones in the "NIKOLA VAPTSAROV" PROFESSIONAL LESOTECHNICAL SCHOOL - Bansko.

The building of "NIKOLA VAPTSAROV" PROFESSIONAL FORESTRY SCHOOLS consists of four floors. The building has a ground floor with an entrance foyer, a host and security area, a storey serving corridor with one-sided bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. The three floors above the ground floor are standard and each includes 8 self-contained bedrooms with bathroom facilities provided for three occupants, 2 small suites and 2 study rooms. Implementing measures to increase the energy efficiency of a building of the main building: The purpose of the project is to ensure energy saving and heat preservation, safe use, hygiene, health and people's lives, while at the same time improving the overall aesthetic appearance of a building. Thermal insulation of the roof - it is envisaged the application of thermal insulation mineral wool. Replacement of existing joinery - part of the joinery on the southern façade is replaced with (PVC) with double glazing. There is a replacement for all existing wooden windows with a five-chamber plastic profile. Replacement of entrance doors with new aluminum profiles. There are two football playgrounds, two tennis courts, an outdoor fitness area, an outdoor table tennis area. Sports stadiums are also planned to host visitors' stands. . The pavement around the reconstructed playgrounds is completely changed and the installation of elements of the park furniture, such as garbage bins, bicycle stands, benches, gazebos, etc. are planned. There are devices that cover the broadest range of exercises. All facilities are intended to be used outdoors. Applying energy efficiency measures to the dorm and building sports facilities for the needs of high school will significantly improve student learning conditions.
