MAIN REPAIR AND FURNISHING OF EXISTING BUILDING - STEFAN KARADJA MAIN SCHOOL, STEFAN KARADJOVO VILLAGE

This project proposal provides for a major renovation andfurnishing of the building of the Stefan Karadzha Primary School located in the village of Stefan Karadjovo, Bolyarovo municipality. The main repairs will include: thermal insulation of the external walls, laying of polymer plaster, replacement of the existing windows with PVC double-glazing, replacement of the aluminum entrance doors, construction of a second gypsum plasterboard on a metal structure, replacement of the energy-efficient lamps, etc. The design of the main overhaul is tailored to ensure the accessibility of people with disabilities, in accordance with the applicable regulations. The presented building documentation contains a complete project, including the construction of a new building. Since new construction is an unacceptable cost under this procedure, a Building Permit was issued, which earmarks the current investment from the entire project. Only the eligible costs under this procedure are included in the project budget.
