"Main repair and heating installation of Primary School "St. St. Cyril and Methodius " village of Boyadzhik, municipality Tundzha"

The project proposal "Main repair and heating installation of Primary School "St. St. Cyril and Methodius" village of Boyadzhik, municipality Tundzha" involves carrying out a major renovation of a school building and of a gymnasium and construction of a new heating installation to provide a suitable educational and working environment for students, teachers and staff.The school is located in Regulated plot I - 256, area 63 according to the plan of the village and includes two buildings: a school and a gymnasium which have been built in different years but are functionally connected in a common school complex with a total built - up area of ​​1 450 m2. including built-up area of ​​the school - 970 m2 and built-up area of the gymnasium - 480 m2. The property and the buildings where the project will be implemented are municipal property.The project envisages the execution of repair works on the roof, facades, internal installations/water and sewerage, the replacement of the boiler and the heating installation of the building, according to the applied energy efficiency measures and the achievement of the necessary thermal comfort in the building. The school has 150 students from villages Boyadjik, Bolyarsko, Galabintsi and Zlatari and 24 people-staff who will directly benefit from the project. The project is in implementation of PRIORITY AREA 2. LIFE STANDARD AND QUALITY OF LIFE, Specific Objective 2.1.1: Modernization of Municipal Educational Infrastructure, Measure 2.1.1.1. Implementation of projects for renovation, renovation and energy efficiency of educational and childcare establishments with Sub-measure 2.1.1.1.1 Repair, renovation and measures for energy efficiency of educational institutions from the municipal infrastructure from the Municipal Development Plan of the Municipality of Tundzha for the period 2014- 2020, with a common goal of developing school and pre-school education and training by providing a favorable and attractive learning environment.
