"RECONSTRUCTION, EQUIPMENT AND FURNITURE OF THE BUILDING SUITES "HRISTO SMIRNENSKI", ONE WITH A SEPARATE AREA LOCATED IN REGION I, KV. № 2 ON THE PLAN OF ST. PETKA, MUNICIPALITY OF VELINGRAD "

The present project proposal for reconstruction, equipment and furnishing of the Hristo Smirnenski Secondary School in the village of Sveta Petka, Velingrad municipality aims to create conditions for providing quality and modern educational services at Sofia University "Hristo Smirnenski" through reconstruction and renovation of material- the technical base of the educational establishment. The investment proposal will be implemented in several main directions: - Establishment of a warm connection providing safe access to the sanitary facilities. Access to existing sanitary facilities is currently taking place directly through the yard and has no direct connection with the school corps. - Interference in volume-space solutions related to bringing buildings into line with regulatory requirements, including but not limited to: - The construction of an elevator located in the southeastern part of the building, on the corner between the two hulls, is planned. The elevator is planned to serve all levels of the building. - Reconstruction of the sanitary facilities, incl. on the basement, where it will be differentiated for people with disabilities, and will provide an accessible environment for the newly built elevator. - The construction of a doctor's office, which is set up in the place of adjoining warehouses to the porter, is planned. - Complete replacement of floorings, finishing of walls and ceilings, replacement of stair rails and doors. Existing doors in good condition are preserved, only the compromised ones are replaced. - Complete replacement of Electric and plumbing installations due to the deterioration of the existing ones. There are no activities related to the yard, other than those related to the renewal of the affected areas in the activities for the construction of the external cable supply, the plumbing and the sewerage.
