"Reconstruction, equipment and furnishing of educational infrastructure for Object: Secondary School "Nikola Yonkov Vaptsarov", town of Momchilgrad"

In accordance with paragraph 13.1 of the Application Conditions, approved by Order No RD 09-223 / 08.03.2018 g. of the Managing Director of the PRSR 2014-2020, the present project corresponds to the main activity eligible for financial support: "Reconstruction, repairs, equipment and / or furnishing of municipal educational infrastructure of local importance in rural areas which includes primary or secondary school, funded through the municipal budget or vocational high school under § 10 of the Transitional and Final Provisions of the Preschool and School Education Act. " The project includes the execution of construction and assembly works related to reconstruction and repair of Secondary School "Nikola Yonkov Vaptsarov", town of Momchilgrad ", including equipment and furnishing, in accordance with the approved investment project in the" technical design phase " "with detailed Quantities bills for the construction works and Technical specification of the equipment and / or the furniture for the respective design parts for which a building permit was issued on the site:" Reconstruction, repair of equipment and furnishing of SU "Nikola Yonkov Vaptsarov ", town of Momchilgrad. The project also includes implementation of mainstream consulting services related to: 1) preparation of the project (implemented before the application date); 2) project management; 3) exercising construction supervision 4) preparing an investment project in the "Work" phase and 5) carrying out author's supervision during the execution of the construction. The expected result of achieving the objectives of this project proposal is to promote social inclusion, poverty reduction and economic development in rural areas through the modernization of one of the most important institutions, namely the only secondary school in the municipality of Momchilgrad where they are trained students up to the twelfth grade, which is a prerequisite for the economic and social revival of the municipality.
