Reconstruction, repairs and equipment of the buildings of Bacho Kiro secondary school Pavlikeni

The project proposal includes the reconstruction, repair and equipment of the buildings of SS B.Kiro in Pavlikeni, provide the following construction and installation works, divided to subprojects: 1.Sub-object "Building–Secondary classes,incl.messroom and kitchen": The project provides the implementation of the Building and Messroom/Kitchen,including replacement and/or restoration of all compromised flooring and interior plasters,as well as painting of walls and ceilings;replacement of some interior doors for study rooms;applying a new thermal insulation in the attic space;external thermal insulation,the roof of the easement will be completely replaced with a new one 2.Sub-object “Building–Primary classes: Cleaning, painting and preparation for painting all facade wall with special paint The project proposal also includes construction works on vertical planning including the laying of concrete pavement slabs and curbs, and a toilet for people with disabilities The investment in the project also includes preparatory activities necessary to achieve project readiness and application under the procedure-consultancy services for elaboration of a project proposal and services for preparation of an investment project and during the implementation of the project-independent construction supervision and author supervision as well as services project management The project is aimed at social inclusion, poverty reduction and economic development in Pavlikeni municipality, by improving the technical characteristics of the building of SS"B.Kiro" in Pavlikeni, the quality of the environment and the comfort of living,environmental protection,creating accessibility and developing the economy and education as a whole. The project implementation will contribute to the sustainable and balanced use of resources to the included facility,which will benefit 13,086 people-from Pavlikeni and the villages-Butovo, Nedan Patresh, G.and Dolna Lipnitza,for which the school is a center
