Major repairs and equipment of Second Paisii Hilendarski Secondary School, Radnevo

The project envisages repair works for a main building, a gymnasium and an extension and the adjoining equipment. The activities that are included are for: - Thermal insulation of the basement ceiling of the main building; - Thermal isolation of the roof of the saloon; - Thermal insulation of the facade walls of the saloon; - Reconstruction of electrical installations; - Replacement of lighting fixtures throughout the school with energy-saving lighting fixtures; - DHW installation, including new heaters with thermostatic valves; - Replacement of the plumbing installation, where it is compromised; - Fire alarm system for the main building; - Internal repairs due to replacement of installations; - Inclusion of anti-panic locks where needed; - Design of sanitary and dressing rooms in the salon; - Establishment of the existing outbuilding room in a food service room (spilled kitchen with the necessary equipment), including energy saving measures - thermo-insulation of the facade walls, roofing and changing of the joinery. Repairs are planned for a total area of ​​2 900 sq. m. The main activities of the project are related to the execution of construction and assembly works and the supply and installation of equipment / furnishings for the site as well as activities related to project management, author's and construction supervision. Preliminary activities were also carried out for project development and preparation of an investment project.
