Overhaul, furnishing and equipment of the "Buratin" kindergarten, Suvorovo

This project proposal covers the following activities: construction and assembly works; equipment delivery; advisory services relating to project management; construction supervision and author supervision, and the design activity has been completed in advance. The envisaged construction activities covers construction – assembly works on the buildings and vertical planning. For the buildings of Kinder garden (KG) "Buratino" it's envisages replacement of the roof structures and the water draining elements, restoration of external thermal insulation and painting on facades, restoration of the lightning protection installation of the roof and its power lines, replacement of sanitation in the wet rooms (toilets, premises for food distribution, etc.) and replacement of floor coverings, internal joinery, faience and terracotta in the wet rooms. It is envisaged to carry out activities, which provides the building for fires, including: fireproof doors, evacuation lighting, evacuation exit signs, providing protection to meet the minimum fire resistance criterion for second degree of fire resistance of the building, as well as reorganization in the building in order to be secured the electrical panels it’s envisaged in the building of KG “Buratino” to be replaced. Restoration of the fence along the northern property border is foreseen. The vertical planning foresees the development of the surrounding space and repair, equipment and complementing to the playgrounds, complying with normative requirements and standards and multifunctional sport ground, according to the normative requirements. The existing sport ground will be repaired and equipped. In the kinder garden’s park, the existing alley areas will be developed. There will be predicted places for placing benches and bins. There will be ensured an evenly drainage of surface water from the yard area (vertical planning).
