Repair, equipment and furnishing of "Zornitsa" Kinder garden, Nikola Kozlevo village, municipality Nikola Kozlevo

The project envisages construction, installation and repair work in the building of "Zornitsa" Kinder garden and introduction of measures for improving the energy efficiency: - Roof works: Replacement of the non-bearing roof structure: cladding, facing boards, insulating polyethylene coating / roofing foil /, tiles and drainage system, making of a revision hole, applying the thermal insulation of the under roof space - on the floor and building a lightning protection with a pre-action; - Replacing door frames with new PVCs according to the working design; - Facade works: Reinforcement and plastering of compromised exterior plaster, laying of ESP thermal insulation systems on the facade walls and application of mineral plaster; - Repair of internal water and sewerage installation including replacement of toilets and kitchen sinks and toilets; - Repair of internal premises: replacement of floorings with new / granite tiles, terracotta, laminate /, replacement of tiles / faience /, preparation of walls and ceilings and refreshment with latex mixtures; - Vertical planning: dismantling of compromised outdoor pavements, preparing bases for new pavements, making a new sandstone; - Repairing an existing fence. The scope of the project is reduced to the following main components:  Component 1. Construction installation work of "Zornitsa" Kinder garden =575,60 m2  Component 2.Deliveries of furnishing and equipment, and outdoor and outdoor facilities
