Reconstruction of kindergarden "Rusalka" in the town of Primorsko

The present project is aimed at improving the municipal public infrastructure of Primorsko municipality, which fully corresponds to the priorities and measures formulated by the municipality for the current programming period The purpose of the project is to carry out construction repair works for the repair and reconstruction of the Kindergarten "Rusalka", Primorsko. The project proposal includes the following activities and their respective values: 1. Repair and reconstruction of "Rusalka kindergarden - part Architecture, total value - BGN 839,871.59, which includes: - 1.1 Repair and reconstruction of "Rusalka" kindergarden - part Architecture, construction works - building (without vertical planning and construction of fence) totaling BGN 244,272.27. - 1.2 Repair and reconstruction of Rusalka kindergarden - part Architecture, Furnishing and equipment, building (without equipment of Vertical planning) of total value BGN 523 310,91. - 1.3 Repair and reconstruction of "Rusalka" kindergarden - part Architecture, Vertical planning - EQUIPMENT totaling BGN 6 668.48. - 1.4 Repair and reconstruction of "Rusalka" kindergarden- part Architecture, Vertical planning, construction works at a total value of BGN 38 896.78. - 1.5 Repair and reconstruction of Rusalka kindergarden- part Architecture, Construction of fence - Construction and assembly works of total value BGN 26 723.15. 2. Repair and reconstruction of Rusalka - part Water Supply and Sewerage System at a total value of BGN 11 146,60. 3. Repair and reconstruction of Rusalka - Elektro part of the total amount of BGN 22 217.65. The total value of the investment plan is BGN 873,235.84.
