Reconstruction and repair of Kindergarten "8th March" and a branch in the quarter Lyubenovo, town of Parvomay, Plovdiv district

The building of the "8 March" Kindergarten was rehabilitated under the Operational Programme "Regional Development" 2007 - 2013, repairs were carried out and energy efficiency measures were implemented. Since then no major repairs have been made. The renovation did not cover the kitchen unit. At present, the sloping roof is completely dampened and is a prerequisite for many leaks and damage to the interior. The courtroom does not meet the requirements for organizing a safe and healthy environment in a childcare facility. The building of the "8 March" Kindergarten Branch is old and is not designed for a kindergarten. Constructively it is divided into two, one part is constructed later by the other. Over the years, the building has been transformed into a kindergarten, with a 1 group of children untill now. No built heating system. Energy efficiency measures are not implemented. The environment does not meet the PRM's public availability requirements. The yard is in poor condition and there are no normal conditions for the children. The building has not been renovated since about 30 years. The project envisages the reconstruction, repair and delivery of equipment and furniture for: 1. "8th March" Kindergarten, town of Parvomay / with address: district 60, UPI I - Kindergarten according to the plan of the town of Parvomay; 2. Branch of "8th March" Kindergarten in Lyubenovo, Parvomay / with address: Parvomay, Lyubenovo, par. I for general. home from the 20th district. The target group of the project is children up to and including 6 years of age who attend the kindergarten. The expected result and main goal of the project is to improve the educational environment in the town of Parvomay. The activities that will be implemented with the project are: Project management; Carrying out construction, equipment and furnishing; Construction Supervision; Author's supervision; Preparation of an investment project Phase "Detailed work design".
