Public infrastructure is a key factor in providing basic services to urban and rural populations and providing access to them. Sustainable socio-economic development of rural areas is inextricably linked to existing infrastructure and quality of services provided to rural populations. The shortage of investment to upgrade the existing educational infrastructure and the inadequate quality of services offered (in terms of cities) is the main element that continues to expand the boundaries of development between rural and urban areas in Bulgaria and which, moreover, is an obstacle to creating equal opportunities in socio-economic development of rural areas. These factors lead to a deterioration in the quality of life in the municipality of Saedinenie and jeopardize the ability to retain the population and attract investment, which puts the municipality in a socio-economic decline. The project proposal provides reconstruction, repairs, equipment and furnishing of municipal educational infrastructure of local importance in rural areas, which includes a kindergarten funded through the municipal budget, namely: "Kindergarten with creches "Eighth March". This project proposal includes the following construction work: - reconstruction of an existing roof structure.
