Construction of a gym with a warm connection to the "St. St. Cyril and Methodius" school

The current project is for the construction of a gym at the "St. St. Cyril and Methodius" school in the village of Anton. The planned building has a combined structure (reinforced concrete foundations for the basement, metal structure for the first floor and roof) with a built-up area of 250 m2 and a total area of 500 m2. Additionally, there are activities for supervision and project management. The dimensions of the saloon are 18,20m x 17,40m in plan and 8m in height. In situational terms, the volume of the salon is projected to be in the orthogonal system of the existing school. The long axis of the new building is parallel to the long axis of the main volume of the school. The two buildings will be linked by a warm connection, opening through the corridor on the first floor at the short northwest façade of the left body. This warm connection will play a major role in the functioning of the two buildings. The implementation of the project will improve the overall living standard of the population, will support the development of children, adolescents and young people, and will create a living environment that is adequate for the conditions of dynamism and competitiveness to express the creative potential of adolescents. This will help to achieve the objective of the specific procedure, namely to promote social inclusion, poverty reduction, and economic development in rural areas.
